    Hi,

I’ve done everything exactly as in your video, however, it won’t allow me to connect to the webui on em0 or em1…

Is there something I’m missing here? Could you please have a look at it?

    Thanks,

After installing VMware Workstation 8.0 in Fedora 15, I nlraeed the VMware virtual network is not working. This same issue occurred in earlier VMware Workstation 7.x versions, and were fixed by applying a patch yum install kernel-headers kernel-devel. Unfortunately this patch only works with VMware Workstation 7.1.4. Also, the Fedora 15 kernel is 2.6.40. I may have to go back to VMware Workstation 7.1.4, unless I can get virtual network working in VMWare Workstation 8.0 in Fedora 15. Please let me know where I could find the equivalent patch for VMware Workstation 8.0 with the Fedora 15 Linux Kernel 2.6.40. Your help would be appreciated. Thanks, Jim
